I have read your post, and I want to help you with this. Like I see the problem, you want to design based lower price possible, but let me know what would be the maximum target price you have consider, because based in this budget for 1Kpcs or more, is possible find the right components to make it. In this moment I just think in an transistor based oscilator, the transistor are cheap, resistors and caps too, but depends too. But choose the right component depend the budget. Let me know other details, like frequency, duty cycle and voltage and current required at output. Regards Jose M
