Thanks for looking, This job is to design a PCB layout and program a simple Arduino water level controller. Specs Done in Eagle only The board should use the ATMEGA328P , Mosfet for switching the pump, and 2.1mm DC jack for power input. The board should have an ISP header for programming The program needs software to stop the pump running if something is wrong like the float switch is stuck on for to long (working example program that you can use is attached) Using parts only from Seeed Studio Open Parts Library (Big eagle library) [login to view URL] Inputs: One input from a water float switch (on/off) 2v DC power Output 12v DC pump (1 amp) Buzzer for fault conditions (eg float switch is stuck on) Operation When the water level is low the pump turns on to put more water into the tank. When the float switch turns back on the pump stops. I have good electronics and eagle experience so I can help with any questions you may have during the project. Hi, I have many years experience in electronics and microcontroller based product design. Most recently I have been working with Arduino based designs in both the hardware and software stages. Your project seems ha been well defined, and thankyou for putting the effort in. A few things that will need to be clarified include: Can you confirm the 2V input powersupply? What sort of PCB dimentions and/or enclosure did you have in mind? Do you have any preferences for the technologies used? Surface mount or thru hole? Did you want a physical prototype (or a few) built? How would you like to terminate the connections to the pump and the float switch?
