The PCB Gerber file so that you can make the PCB., also the source code of the micro controller software. AN easier and low-cost way it's build your power supply in two parts: 1) based on simple transformer with bridge for 220 AC to for example 40 DC. 2) based on Motorola MC34063 3.3V, 5V and 0-30V channels I also have GUI library for microcontrolers for any graphical display, and can implement displaying of power outputs in short time - about 1-2 days. I did similar jobs many times. My designs are always robust, reliable and high quality. I just need to know the constraints, e.g. pcb dimensions, lcd type, component cost, distributer limitations (some project owners work only with digikey, farnell...)
