Hello, we need to fabricate time delay circuit. Please review specifications below and let us know if you can manufacture this timer. If you don't have experience and skills in this project please do not offer other types of circuits, since we do not need them. Only professional job with good solid experience will be considered. No need for wire schematics only, physical prototypes are required. We need 500 pieces as first start order. Projected price is $10-$20 per delay timer in packaging with operating manual. Description: It will be used to turn on ten different appliances in a sequence with 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1.0 or 1.5 second time delay. Specifications are following: 1. Has 10 individual channel lines for connecting appliance wires. Each channel will feed an appliance with hot 70-120VAC. 2. First 1-5 channels can be delayed for one of five different time increments: 1/4 sec, 1/2 sec, 3/4 sec, 1 sec and 1.5 sec. Second 6-10 channels can be set differently for another one of five different increments: 1/4 sec, 1/2 sec, 3/4 sec, 1 sec and 1.5 sec.; Time can be chosen and set from either manual controller or electronic control. 3. Operating voltage: Input 70VAC - 120VAC, 15Amp, Output 70VAC - 120VAC, 1Amp per every channel. Example: Once 120VAC power applied to timer after 1/2 sec timer powers up first channel, then after 1/2 sec powers up the second channel, then after 1/2 sec - third, fourth, fifth. SIxth through tenth channels can be energized with different time delay of 1.5 seconds. 4. Can be combined with similar delay timer in a circuit. If two or more timers connected together , after 10th channel energized power flows to second timer connected with first and powers up other 10 channels of the second timer in a sequence according to set time delay for the first 1-5 channels and 6-10 channels of the second timer. If two or more timers connected in a sequence then only first timer connected to power source. All other timers connected together with first get powered after first timer completed its 10th channel and transfers electricity to the second in a sequence. 5. Each channel has to have easy to attach single output appliance wire that will feed with 70-120VAC. 6. Neutral power line feeding 10 appliances will have one connector on the timer with power output up to 10Amp. Requirements: 1. It has to be in plastic electric and heat protective safe box. 2. It has to satisfy to safety and fire standards and be protected with safety fuse, heat safe. 3. Only original reliable and reputable manufacturer electrical parts have to be used in design (not aftermarket parts). 4. Parts list along with design schematic/diagram have to be presented. 5. Two physical prototypes have to be included along with timer connecting cable to the estimate and shipped to San Diego, California, USA for final test and inspection. 6. Each channel needs to have easy to connect/attach wire connector from the box housing with rating of 1Amp. 7. Warranty of at least 6 month to 1 year has to be provided for completed product. Hey, I have read your requirements. Its seem to be possible.. But still it need to be discussed as it's execution is some what complicated.. And through hardware and software side its possible and for production i have also contacts with good company which is already in production line of embedded device. Overall we need multiple timer for your application and it needs to be controlled accurately.. Thank you....hopping for the best
