I need a current analysis done. I need to make sure that under two fault (short circuit) conditions anywhere in the circuit the current being delivered to any IC pins isnt more than there rated max current. I need this done in a few hours, there will be more work rewarded.

By a current analysis I'm not sure if you mean a formal one using, say, Spice, or if you just want your design checked that it won't blow uo the chips you're using, if it's the latter I can help. I have extensive experience in design of embeddrd devices, such as printers, displays, etc -- all use current limiting. I have also designed high powered analog / digital equipment such as class D audio amplifier etc -- and burned a lot of chips in the process of learning to make my designs reliable. :) Note that many/most IC pins already have current limiting, however you have to be very careful of latchup conditions (exposing your IC pins to illegal voltages will cause latchup that can be prevented with current limiting).
