Hi, I'm not familiar with that particular chip but have many many years experience in electronics desing PCB layouts and electronics manufacturing. If you are happy to work with the reference design (TI designs are usually very good) then the extra serial port extensions should be just involve adding the components for another port on the TM4C1294NCPDT processor part and associated parts. I assume the programming will be done your yourselves and/or others. I can deliver: PCB designs in Altium designer 10. or Eagle. Full manufacturing documentation including gerbers and mechanicals. 5 PCB's with one populated per the design, but not tested other then for complience to specifications. Ethernet to Serial convertor means UART output? Normally you have Ethernet to SPI converter modules. When sending serial Data one needs to convert it to a file and then send VOA Ethernet... please clarify

I am a Teleco Entineer with adequet works (publication and project) with ieee and other places. Currently working for SARSAT Transponder and also worked for various power related pcbs. Arduino is my favorite, and has CNC for prototype (but I cant use it now as have not sufficient bits, and my country is not good for green coating).
