Hello,
I need a software that will able to read from X RTSP or RTMP stream and save the streams to file in original format.
Every X hours the stream must be recorded to new file name and some values must be written to MySQL database.
In case the stream was terminated by source record to file a static image until the source will resume.
If stream have stopped send an email to admin.
