I have two pdf files. One is a mixed table of 450,000 records (view here [login to view URL]) and the other has 7000 records (see attached). Pages are organized by region and division. Please review and understand format of .pdf file.
I need someone to change 2 pdf files to txt / csv file. I need the data to be organized into clean columns and I need one row per record.
READ BEFORE YOU BID -- Following specs must be followed:
- Output must be 1 combined .csv / xlsx file.
- Each record must contain columns in pdf table and 3 new columns for District #, Division number, Division name (data can be found of each .pdf page)
- Every name in record should have a value for District #, Division number and Division name
- 1 row for each record
- Work must be completed by Tuesday
- What you bid is what I'll pay, make sure you understand specs / clarify before you bid
- I want someone who can work immediately

letz start..i have checked that pdf file of 21518 pages..and its not possible to compile those records within 3 days...**..if you want to get it done within 30 days..then just let me know..Regards..Raj..!
