Data Research Needed ASAP. Forum Finder

I need a list of forums found, this can be long term work as I will pay an agreed rate per 100 forums found that much my criteria. The forums I need MUST match the following: The forum must have a mininum of 200 active users. (If active users are not stated then check the threads, if every subcategory has a post from today then this is also ok as long as the forum has more than 15 subcategories). The forum must have "HTML IS ON" or allow HTML. The forum must allow <script> so that I can add my flash banner rotator. You can check if a forum allows this by clicking post new thread or reply, type in <script> and click preview. If it appears as <**** then it does not work. I have no limit to the number of forums I need so once we have decided on a rate per 100 forums or even 1000 forums then we can have a long term business relationship. If the work is done well and quickly there may also be a forum posting position open up on the list of forums that you collect. If you are interested in this please bid on the project and send through a sample of 1-3 forums so that that I can confirm that you are looking for the correct data.
