We are looking for a dependable person for a repetitive task of copying data. Job description: The source information is in the form of tables normally in MS Word, but some may be in pdf format. The information is to be pasted into an Excel Spreadsheet and saved in XML Spreadsheet 2003 format. The source document is approx. 160 pages, which results in approx. 700 lines in the spreadsheet. Requirements: The job does not require any understanding or interpretation of the (rather technical) content. However, you must carefully follow the detailed instructions about where in the spreadsheet to copy the data to. No formatting of the entries is required. Accuracy and quality is more important than speed! You must have necessary software (MS Word, Adobe reader and Excel 97-2003 or later) available. We prefer fluent English speakers to facilitate instructions and guidance. Communication primarily via email or Skype. Scope: The first assignment is time critical, starting asap, to be completed by mid-January 2011. If the cooperation works well, and if your product is of high quality (i.e. accurate) then there is a potential for another 10 to 15 assignments with a more flexible timeframe. Interested? I have a good experience in Microsoft office especially excel and word. also I have worked a lot on PDF. Hence I am sure I would be able to complete this task within the stipulated time and as per required quality.
Part of my job is to data typing, so I'm skilled when it comes to being very detailed. I always watch out for mistakes, I can type quickly, and I hope you can give me a chance to help you. I enjoy copy/paste related tasks. The amount of time it would take me to type up the file depends on the extensiveness of the file. But I'm a perfectionist and I'm very efficient.
