I need a software created by my special needs solution that digitally records organization's paper documents and securely archives them.
*Automatic scanning of entire paper files.( kodak scanners and of course the others one too)
*Powerful full text search provides OCR for scanned documents. Indexing archiving documents.
*Provides verification that documents were not modified through the use of electronic date/time stamps, signatures, and encryption !!!
*Replaces conventional, unorganized paper inboxes with a secure, digital document archive.
*Solution to archive digitally created documents directly during the printing process and without any additional effort.
*Send print jobs to a specialized "archive printer" that forwards them to a physical printer. While doing so, it takes copies of documents, which receives a digital signature and are encrypted. Automatically archives documents are they are printed. Any network printer can be configured to be an "archive printer". Provides verification that documents were not modified through the use of electronic date/time stamps, signatures, and encryption.
Easy to use full text search for all archived documents and a painless restore process.
* i want to create an e cloud for data storage for archived documents which will be "conected from the user in organization for archiving and easy serching by documents"
