I have worked as Appointment Setter for a real estate agent located in the United States and as Email Marketer (also data entry specialist) for another company in the US.
I have had experience in the BPO industry, and during my three years as customer service representative/sales associate, I am very much familiar with the web-based applications like Skype and Google, also with MS Office 360. My past job usually involves entering notes/data while taking in and/or placing calls.
Also, I have encountered job tasks that involve composing and sending emails to clients or users. In addition to that, I have taken several tests to measure my accuracy and speed in typing, and was certified with a result of 50 wpm.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management where I majored how to train people. I am proficient with communicating with people in terms of written and spoken skills.
