Data Entry: Computer Program to Excel

There is a medical program called FRED V2. It has certain information that I am interested in taking out an entering into an excel spreadsheet. There are 2448 items in this excel spreadsheet. Each item is an order. An order can be a drug, imaging, procedure. Each order has the following which needs to be put into the excel spreadsheet: #1 - Route / Urgency - Is the medication taken orally, rectally, intravenously, intramuscularly, etc. Urgency = routine or stat #2 - Frequency - Is this a continuous drug/procedure or a one time/bolus? #3 - Report Time STAT - if the order is a STAT order, there is a report time. 1 hour, 1 day, etc? #4 - Report time Normal - If the order is a routine order, the report time. 4 hours, 4 days, etc #5 - Popup message - Sometimes if there is an error with an order, an error message will popup. For example, if you typed in antacid. The message would be: "Medication groups: To order a medication, please type the specific generic or trade name" That's it. So I will give you an excel spreadsheet with 2448 orders. You put them in the computer program and get this information for each order. Take a look at the attached Word document.
