Awesome Virtual Assistant Required - Customer Support & More

We are looking for a highly-competent VA to assist us in our customer service and social media work. We require 1 to 2 hours per day, or around 45 hours per month initially. No specific timezones required, but you will need to ensure you can clear your email account around the clock, even skeletal coverage during vacation periods. This work will ultimately lead to a long-term position, and likely a growth in the size of the role. You will be required to: -- Provide EXCELLENT email support to clients of our products -- Manage social media, with our Twitter and Facebook accounts -- Moderate forums and encourage conversation This role may expand into marketing and affiliate management as time progress. You will need to have *100% amazing* English skills. NATIVE TONGUE SPEAKERS ONLY. The slightest typo is going to drive our customers crazy.
