Excellent English communications: reading, writing & speaking. Projects administration; logistics; procurement; contracting. Office & personnel administration; reports writing; editing/authoring policies & procedures; creating reports & bids presentations; designing/creating templates/forms & report formats. Operating knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; and Corel Draw. From 2008 as voice customer/technical support agent in call center.
