I need to update my customer data list from hard copy(They will be from pdf invoice. which will contain Company Name,Contact Name,CityState, Phone Number, *Fax Number *when available.
I will the require data fields below
Name, company name, address, phone, fax(if any) and email. approx 200-250 records
1)In order to obtain the address infof customer will need to be called and address info obtain along with contact info being verified.
Need to be input into data base for, etc excel(from hard copy)
These are all past/present customer of our printing company, Imageprinter
