Convert html site to Joomla - template is already done

I have a requirement for someone who is familiar with Joomla AND is capable of working on their own and without guidance to transfer content from one site (php site) to a new Joomla site for my client. My hope is that I can show you the current site, and the development Joomla site and you transfer the content across, creating necessary menu items, links, articles etc etc without me having to direct you at all. If components or modules are required to achieve what you think is a better result tell me and we can discuss (during the project of course). I will only choose someone who can demonstrate that they have worked on conversions from html/php to Joomla before. It is essential that the content isnt just copied and blindly pasted into the nw articles as we all know that will carry over unwanted formatting! I need someone right away and need this done well first time round. I need to be able to show progress to my client in 24hrs - not all transfered by then, but to show them progress. Thanks for bidding
