have a set of 1,412 documents, almost all are htm documents. These are uploaded and saved in a dropbox folder in a zip folder I will supply the link to the winner I also have a special browser that will load all of the files for viewing so that you can view one, do what you need, and then press the next button to load the next one in the browser window. The browser is also available from my dropbox I will supply the link to the winner To install the browser you need to double-click the exe and a box will pop up that asks you to specify the destination folder, it is best to type c:\ the program may or may not put a shortcut on the start programs list if not, just double-click the exe in the folder that is created to start the program. To run the program just follow the menu to select a directory that has htm or txt files that you want to review. Note you have to select a directory not a file The job I want is to have each of the documents reviewed, there will be a section that is named something like the language in column F of the excel file that is attached. I want that section all the way to the end of the section. (Not the end of the document). For clarity this is a section that contains a proposal for a shareholder vote on executive compensation. The next section will be another proposal about something else, usually, but not always it will be a proposal on the frequency that the company should have an advisory vote on executive compensation. I only want the section on the advisory vote proposal. Once you find the section I want you to copy it to a txt file and save it using the number that is the first part of the file name. To make this easier the special browser we have will display the number part at the very top it will say CIK: number RDATE: date CDATE: date so I want the txt file you create saved using that [login to view URL] When you send these back we will use a computer program to take in the words that you send and confirm that they are in the document that you claim they came from so please no fooling around etc because we would reserve the right to not pay for any of the work if that is the case. Our tools (the smartBrowser) make this a much less tedious job then having to sequentially open the files or to have to go the actual webpage that the files came from.
