Data Entry ( Copy and Paste) - repost 2

I have about 4,000 pdf and xps files. I need some data entry expert with high speed net connection to copy 8 fields from each file into an excel file. It's very easy and simple but needs accuracy. Just copy and paste. Rate is $0.003/entry . So who are fit for the budget then bid accordingly. Payment after successful completion, no upfront as I'm a victim of some fraud freelancers.
