Copying inventory information into a specific Excel format

Preffered completion timeilne: 2-3 weeks. This is a data entry job to transfer content from one spreadsheet to another. The original spreadsheet is in a format that is not compatible with the ecommerce shopping cart software that I have deployed. Therefore the purpose of doing this is to prepare a new spreadsheet in a format that I can upload to the ecommerce shopping cart so that the inventory will be automatically updated by uploading the compatible spreadsheet. SPECIFICATIONS • Copy data related to each inventory piece one by one from the old spreadsheet ([login to view URL]) to the new spreadsheet ([login to view URL]) • NOTE: the OLD spreadsheet is in XLS format and the new inventory should be saved in CSV format. • The data includes elements that have been named appropriately based on our server configuration therefore care should be taken to deliver accurate transfer of information e.g. we have already uploaded all the images into our servers so the image names being copied to the new spreadsheet should appear exactly the same as they will automatically link to the uploaded images. RULES • Proper quality assurance is needed to ensure accurate work (no misspellings or copy-paste errors) as these will have great implications to operations. Please do not bid on this project if you cannot meet this quality requirement! • The PDF attached indicates the structure of the OLD and NEW spreadsheets and how the information should be transferred over – Note that there are about 500 products in the OLD spreadsheet. • Payment will be delivered in full once I have checked and quality assured a sample of the work. • If the work is not satisfactory due to any “discrepancy” or “misunderstanding” it will be rejected with no pay.
