Collect odds data from Hong Kong Jockey Cluv Website

I need a programmer that can help me crop data. I am now working in a data analyzing company and we are studying the odds of Hong Kong Jockey Club (hkjc). I need a programmer to crop all the odds (initial and final) from hkjc and store them in a database. Definition of initial odd: the datum that hkjc just allowed betting Definition of find off: the datum that is shown in hkjc website which is given as "last odd" After all the odds are stored in the database, I need someone to extract certain key elements and put them into an excel file. Details and specific elements will be disclosed later when one is hired. I expect to hire somebody who can write the above function and I will have the source code.
