I have a table of names etc with 37,421 rows and 9 columns. About 5-10% of the rows have an error which is apparent from looking at the data. Some rows are duplicated. The errors are things like surname failing to parse properly from full name, e.g. Elisha Di Paola appears as Elisha Di instead of Elisha Di Paola. Sometimes there are phone numbers missing which need to be looked up from the website supplied. I have highlighted some sample errors and inserted instructions on how to correct them. The corrections must be performed in excel with “track changes” on to identify all changes. My guess is about 30-40 hours work but it is only a guess. The file will be supplied to approved bidders who are free to revise their bid after considering the data. On going work will be available if accurate work is done.
