Arabic audio transcript

I need to one or more to handle audio transcripts of about 1/2 hour audio recorded file. The text should be written in word or text file. the text should be written as per sample attached and follwow the exact pronouciation of the audio. Kashida should be used ( see sample). Interested can submit time and cost asap. Attached file has one audio file that need to be converted to text ( transcript) by the coder and submitt it to evaluate the accurecy. This is a must and the file is one senctence. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
