My most recent job was with Melbourne IT which an Australian Internet company. Its primary business is domain name registration in most of the major national and global top-level domains. Melbourne IT also offers Website and Email Hosting, SSL certificates, SEO, etc. I worked for them as a CSR, TSR Level 1, Sales Verifier (listen to sales calls to verify if they are valid and recommend call backs and cancellation of orders if the sale is invalid) and as a QA Analyst (monitor agent calls and grade them according to company policies and standards). I worked for this company for 1 year and 5 months. I'm hoping that you will consider me for this post.
I have worked for Comcast website as a chat support/email support representative for 2 years and 7 months. I supported all billing related concerns, technical support (cable box and internet modem, remote control ,etc) and sales. I also worked for Bioware/EA Games specifically for "Start Wars: The Old Republic" game as a CSR/TSR. The support I offered was specifically through in-game chat and email.
I'm confident that my experience is a best fit to this job. I'm a reliable, fast learner, attentive, organized, self-motivated and hard working freelancer. I have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. I'm not planning to take any other job if you will hire me even if you just need me part time so that I can devote my time in supporting your clients.
