Cross Browser Fix and Fix Broken PHP Script

There are two small tasks required for this project:
Small website built using Dreamweaver template (CSS not tables) does not display correctly in Firefox or Safari (Macs). The formatting issue is only a minor one with the css menu for Firefox but there are some other problems with Safari on Mac.
PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE IN IE6, IE7, IE8 and Safari on MAC. With Safari there are some problems with the formatting of the javascript horozontal scroller that is used on 3 of the pages as a kind of gallery. The formatting is all in CSS, and needs to display nicely in Safari as well as IE and Firefox.
2nd thing - there is a small PHP script that is supposed to allow someone to upload a graphic and see it displayed on a spring water bottle label. This has stopped working.
The script needs to be able to resize the graphic to fix on the label.
