Blog writing for restaurant and furniture site

Articles will be used for websites to help create interesting and content-rich web pages mainly for the purpose of interesting, informative news, articles and stories related to restaurants, furniture and restaurant furniture. This will be posted into a blog on a daily basis at least 5 times a week. Our websurfers are people interested in furniture, restaurants, restaurant equipment and work in the hotel, catering and restaurant trade. They probably would love a bit of related trivia, trade celebrity gossip, information, latest trends etc. I.E. Great interesting content. Description length: max 300 - 350 words per article. Keyword density: in the Blog/Article title Writer experience required: intermediate to advanced, experienced writers with excellent written English and good web research skills, more importantly to combine knowledge with passion so that is builds trust and a relationship with the customer to drive traffic. Please provide SAMPLE article(s) you have written in PMB, so I can be sure that you writing style fit my requirements. This is a REQUIREMENT before we ACCEPT anyone for this project. All deliverables must be your original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full copyrights to. Once the articles are written and purchased by me, I will own the rights to the articles, by that it means you cannot re-use or reproduce or re-sell the article. We are paying you to write articles *exclusive* for our company on that topic. Feel free to write other articles on the same topics for others but it cannot be identical to what you wrote for us. We are paying you to write for us, therefore no credit is given for you writing the article as we bought out that right when we purchase the article for *exclusive* use for our site. If you were writing an article for us for *free* then by all means you would be credited, but not if we are paying you to write it. Payment: The price for the project is for 100 Blogs/articles/content pages plus site content review, rewrite or alter if needed. Most likely we will look at the first 10 articles and by then you should get the idea. Payment will be made every 4 weeks. Payments will be made by wire transfer, depending upon provider’s preference; other payment methods can be considered given there’s no extra cost or much hassle using them.
