We would need a good technical writer to produce 400 words of text to describe this EUV light source. The text to be used in a brochure/data sheet so please gear up the description accordingly. Please find attached the doc with some sentences to help out and visit [login to view URL] to have a good understanding about this EUV light source which is an OEM component to be incorporated in Actinic blank inspection tool for the semiconductor industry. It is not a final product and there's a handful of customers worldwide to want the complete tool which incorporates the EUV source.
