As an key member of our Administrative Services Organization we need a Data Entry expert that can use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Our customers send us content to be loaded into their virtual account through the internet via regular E-mail. The content needs to be checked, modified in our software editor and imported into our virtual software.
We will provide training on our software and editor.
Skills
1. Microsoft excel, comma separated files, csv files, Text to Columns, Concatenate
2. Microsoft word HTML to text, paste, import
3. Respond back real-time to each email
Starting out part time this position time requirement will grow as put more effort into this channel.
You will have access to the email, and an appropriate turnaround time back to us.
This need is ongoing and depending on your success may develop into a full time position is so desired
