Write article summaries

I will you give you a list of 10-30 websites (full list is yet to be determined but this is the maximum range) and your task will be to pick articles from those websites and summarize them. The articles will be in both long and short form and they will cover a wide range of subjects (news, stories, opinion, etc). Which articles you pick is of a rather limited importance. Your task is to copy the article to a new document and then in a separate document write your summary. You have free editorial power but your main task is to extract the key points and rewrite them in a shorter format. You are not expected to know or fully understand all the ideas these articles talk about. You do not have to bring in your own experience and knowledge on these topics. You are simply to summarize the article's content. Reduce it to a form where reading the summary gives as good a coverage of the article's main ideas as possible. You should however do more than just select a few sentences from that article and call it a day. The article length will vary but you are expected to produce summaries in the range of 3-10 sentences and for this length to amount to no more than 10-25% of the original article's length. I would like for your bid to describe how much this work will cost per number of articles and how long you reckon it would take you to write these summaries. I'm interested in a number of articles ranging between 100-1000. The work can be done in batches and payed in a similar fashion. I'd also appreciate some sort of batching as it would allow me to review your work and discuss it with you. We can discus further details and I can answer any of your questions in private.
