Hi Bob, I can help fix the laptop so it is secure and able to serve your business. Most of the time it is because of virus/rootkit/spyware, and it's annoying not to be able to remove. Is this a corporate machine or is this a local home / small office machine. By being compromised there are several points this may be happening from. I will need you to install Teamviewer so I have complete control over the system. Then I can analyst your network enviroment (if you have a domain controller, external firewall with a DMZ, DNS etc. etc.) Security is my job. I am from America and can work off ours during the night evaluating your system.
