ColdFusion based CRM (customer relationship management)

We are looking to have the basic functions of a CRM, similar to SalesForce, developed completely in ColdFusion (we currently have v9.01 installed) using a MS SQL database to be used internally. 2 levels of access; Admin and User. Filter client list based on contact paramaters (company name, state, city, etc) Track calls made to clients, leave notes, assign statuses, create 'opportunities', schedule conference calls and follow ups. Edit client information. Email to clients from system by using email templates via our current SMTP relay service. Reporting capabilities (opportunities created, conference calls scheduled, etc). All code, and sample database or schema, will need to be delivered and must become the full ownership of the purchaser (no licensing). All coding comments must be in English.
