If you go to the website [login to view URL] and click on each of the groups you will see that they contain similiar information, but they all look a little different and some look really bad because the client is not being consistent with the layout. I want to do a couple of nice layout mockups that will contain the necessary information, and when they choose one, put together the style in an example article or module that they can use to build all future group articles. We may have to limit image sizes and/or locations, put text in boxes, etc.

My name is Lynn McColley and I've been building Joomla sites for 10+ years (since the beginning of Joomla). I have a marketing and advertising background before that. I went to the site and saw what you saw. The information has no consistency, and from a selling point of view, it's often putting the wrong information first. I have the perfect solution: a content template. This will require the user to switch to the JCE editor and purchase the subscription for $25 euro per year. User will create a new article, then click the Template icon, choose the template and click Insert. They'll get a blank, pre-structured article inserted. It will have a gray box where they should put the pictures. The text can be pre-formatted and structured so that they get the dates, price structure, description all done correctly. A couple of notes: ** Currently the pictures are "posters" with a lot of text on them. That text is lost to the search engines and distracts from the effectiveness of the images. It's also time consuming to create. ** They should use Joomla's Publishing tab to set end dates. Today (4/8) they have two trips that ended on 4/2 still showing. ** Some group trips have the list of trips at the bottom of individual trips pages (see Swing Break) Others do not (see Sexy Silvers) That can be solved by assigning a module to show the list. I would enjoy the opportunity to fix this category for you and make life easier for your client.
