A Collaborative application for house improvement / modelling -- 2

I am looking for a very Experienced .Net developer to embark on a journey with my company. We are looking to develop a collaborative platform in order to facilitate exchange of information during the construction or the remodelling of a house. The goal is to provide the architect, the customer and any professional (plumbers, electrician etc...) with a common platform to collaborate and exchange ideas, documents, estimates and current state of the project I will be choosing the UI/UX elements in one of the following (to be confirmed) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] So using the elements above i am expecting you: - to first understand what you are building... because if you understand it well, then you will be able to not only code it but also to make recommendation on functionalities - then to build the screens for each of the roles (customer, architect, professional, team members..) - validate them with me - develop the code behind using the latest technologies .Net 4.6 / WebForms / Jquery / Bootstrap/ VS 2015 / SQL Server This is not a one time development effort. In the first release of the application we will cover the basis in order to have a working prototype very quickly that we can validate with professionals. Then we will slowly expand the scope to align with the targeted business model. This is a very innovative project with a sound business model... it is best to get on board now and to be the lead developer. I am not only looking for a developer [ i am a developer myself] but for someone who really embrace the project and doesn't hesitate to provide feedback and come-up with new ideas for improvement.
