Small project. Looking for an individual with EXPERTISE in HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript (Jquery). This is a position for ONGOING WORK! The first task will be to take a small ONE PAGE website (provided) and make it completely responsive without disrupting page flow. Media queries will need to be utilized to create best UX for mobile and tablet users. The candidate SHOULD have a great level of English proficiency, as they need to entirely explain how and why they did everything to achieve responsiveness of the page.
