Autoplay Next Video /w JWPlayer with Nice Design & Effect

Hi, I have a multimedia site and storing about 20K videos. As soon as the video finishes I want it to skip to the next video. Same as Youtube. I can do this using JWPlayer function but I need someone to do it with smooth and nice effects. So what I want is basically; 1 - Autoplay the next video after X seconds 2 - User should be able to enable/disable autoplay feature. There should be a button. 3 - User should be able to cancel autoplay loading time. 4 - I want a smooth and nice design and effects which will be integrated onto current system. Project will be easy and wouldn't require many hours so please make your offer based on this. Consider this simple project as a interview; I will be needing a good and stable Javascript Dev & Designer.
