CSS + Test HTML from Existing Design – FAST Deadline

This project is to take the design shown in the attached files and create CSS pages to accommodate all interface elements, displaying their functionality in seven test HTML pages which I will provide upon project acceptance. Please read all details before bidding!! Project specifics: - This is a CSS-only job. Content on the site is database driven, so you'll only need to add test data (I will provide) for each HTML page to demonstrate that your CSS code works properly. - All gradient and simple interface elements (nav bar, buttons backgrounds, borders, blue login page block) must be CSS elements, not graphics. The reason: We will re-color these items for each client who uses the system. I will provide all PNG/GIF/JPG graphics (logos, login page backgrounds, etc.) Technical Requirements: - You should use Drupal version 6. - Any necessary graphics that can't be cut from the attached images I'll make available. - Page should look appropriate on the screen res 1024x768, with no horizontal scroll bars and all content showing. This means the text and images shouldn't go right up to the left or right edge of the browser. Shrink/expand the middle as necessary, and retain right and left spacing. - Text should allow for text zooming where all content will still show when the text zooms to the largest size. This means that the main text on a sub page should be able to push down the footer menu area when the text gets bigger. - Dimensions need to be set in “EM” rather than “PX” whenever realistically possible. - You will need to host it on your server. Please send me test page links ASAP. Timeline: - If you are awarded the bid, you will need to complete the project done within 5 days of acceptance. I realize this a quick deadline.
