I am looking for an AFFORDABLE CRM solution that can be used on both Windows and Android devices with the following capabilities: 1. Ability to capture contact details directly from 2 different landing pages. One offering a webinar and another offering a download book. It should also be able to sent out a series of email after leads signed up for either one or both of those. 2. Ability to import data from excel 3. Ability to capture contact details from my website and send out email response. 4. Ability to send out email on contact's birthdays 5. Ability to send out monthly newsletters to ALL contacts via email 6. Ability to send out email on clients' loan anniversary or others pre-determined date 7. Ability to send out automated email for targeted marketing. Similar to AWeber or MailChimp where you can customised which email to send to each contact based on the lead source and action. 8. Ability to share the contacts details with MS Outlook Please provide a proposal on what CRM software you would recommend that can do all the above.

Hi, I am experienced in vTiger CRM, and most of the features you mentioned are available in it. I can assist you in setting it up. So there are 2 options:- 1. Free Open Source vTiger 6.3 : has good features but also has few bugs and problems with integration with other websites or services. This version needs to be installed and configured on your server. This can be done through cPanel or has many alternative ways. 2. vTiger Paid: Go to vTiger official website for pricing. This one is the best in terms of all the feature you mentioned. It has google integration, and lots of features and is regularly updated. You dont need a server to install this.
