CRM Project Modifications of permissions

1- All employees/subcontractors have to be considerated as Members means all of theim have access ONLY to their account and only to view 2- To create Administration section with : Group sub-section SuperAdmin can create as much group he wants and as much users as SuperAdmin want to create in each group. of course The groups contain the permission, not the users. with a list wich display for each section and sub-section need to have in front of each line, checkboxes : Create / Edit / View only / Delete One group have to be made by you with specific requirement: this group will be called : Phone Operator it will have the same function of the other group and a litle bit more. The users of this group (phone operators are paid according to the phone calls and clients they take) It need for this group the following functions : commission on client quantity, with range of period : daily/weekly/monthly commission on Invoice client theses commission types can be based by: Range of percentage Range of amount Example : range of percentage of client invoice : 3% from 1$ to 299$ 5% from 300$ to 499$ etc.... can be also : range of amount of client invoice : 5$ from 1$ to 299$ 104 from 300$ to 499$ etc... can be also : range of amount on client quantity : 1$ from 1 to 19 clients weekly 3$ from 20 to 49 clients weekly etc... OR 1$ from 1 to 19 clients daily 3$ from 20 to 49 clients daily etc... 3- for this special group of phones operators we need to have also the payment analysis (same as the employees) with commission paid/unpaid, to be able to calculate the commission we have to pay theim 4- To add a new field in the task job : "phone operator" wich will MUST display on any new task created according to the login. that way we can be sure who logged it, answer the phone and create the task This new field have to be added in the different existing search modules also as a criteria Example : when phone operator "Michael" login and start work, when he creates a new task job, the field : phone operator contain his name.
