Hello, i am a vtiger crm expert with years of experince in installing and customizing the crm for the customer need. I think vtiger would be a great crm since it offer you the possibility to store all kind of records, including records of quotes, invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and create PDF Templates for all of them. Also you can create users that can be set in different roles and profiles, giving them access to see and edit only things that they should, only records assigned to themm and many other functionalities.
