C++ program using structs for Basic Banking Application - Repost - repost

To review C++ concepts and write a C++ program using functions, arrays of structs, strings and files, and basic search function. Requirements and Problem Statement: Write a Functional Specification and a C++ Program that implements a basic banking software database application. The database is a simple in-memory database implemented using arrays of structs (we will later modify the database to use more advanced structures, but let us start simple) NOTE: Do not use ‘Classes’ in this assignment yet. That will be addressed in a future assignment. Please use ‘structs’, and “arrays of structs” in this assignment. Details are provided once awarded.
