Non conformity products quality must be identified and controlled to prevent unintended use or delivery. A product is the output of a process. Products can be tangible or intangible. Identified, Non Conformance products quality are further processed to rework to ensure non Conformance parts which will not be re-workable to be scrap immediately. Data’s for the non Conformance register are obtained from the entire department and accordingly NC quantity is calculated. By using ABC analysis maximum area where the NC quantity is relatively high would be identified. The specified department qualities identified through ABC analysis are segregated and more initiatives are prevailed. Using variable cost and fixed cost Break even point are identified. It determines the range of non conformity level with profit or loss. Parts Per Million are calculated for every month of time period.
