This project is to design an automation machine to apply tape and wire to fiberglass mesh. The designer should be able to visualize and understand automation process of manufacturing machine. The project require different process of motion controls.
I separate the project into 3 phases. Each phase must be accept by the project owner before move to the next phase.
#1 Design concepts of how the machine will functions, including complete drawing as much details possible with 3D rendering. This the roadmap for the machine that next phase will be based on. Worth 25%
#2 This phase will have animation of a functioning machine based on the first phase, if there are any conflicts should be corrected before move to the final phases. Worth 25%
#3 This the final phase of the project, there will as many drawings as needed to build the machine include CAD drawing, 3D solidworks and any necessary files needed to build a complete functioning machine. Worth 25%
Project Duration is 25 days and the designer should be able to stay at least 2 to 3 hours a day online via one of online services like Yahoo or MSN. The time schedule will be agreed between both parties.
If the designer can finish the project within 25 days and accept by the project owner. There will be additional $100 bonus award.
