Hello, The request is not completely clear, but everything is possible. Based on the project title, I assume that the client is also an application that sends a text to the server (a web API – rest service) and the server sends back the reversed text RSA encrypted. I've already used this encryption algorithm in many projects and have a very well implemented library that does such a thing.

I have experianse in creatin applicapion with RSA encrypt. And i work in c# more than 3 years. So i thinc that is best project to start my freelance carier!
