C# Project, Retrieve text from a third party online poker client and display the text in a new window

I am looking for someone who has done a similar project to this before to ensure a quick completion time. The program will need to take the contents of the chat box on the poker tables line by line and display them in a new window in real time. The chat will need the possibility of being copied to the clipboard and therefore can not just be an image and needs to be actual text. The program should be able to handle any number of tables opened by the user and open up a new window for each table opened. The windows should be able to be easily distinguished by naming them after the poker tables they represent. This needs to be done in C#. The program also needs to be reliable and not crash, even after prolonged usage.
