I am looking fo a Windows based software designed to communicate to usb devices, using AT commands:

Features:

- List all usb devices available (COM ports; Huawei GSM modems; etc)

- Choose one and estabilish a connection to it

- Open a window to send SMS and USSD command and interact with it, get responses, etc.

- Close connection and list all usb devices available again to connect to

This software is intendend to connect to 3g devices, get balance and interact with mobile operator via USSD commands.

ps.: there is some softwares that already do that job, like Mobile Partner (Huawei), but it's able to connect only to Huawei devices, and not to other devices (COM ports).
