I need a small tool in c# with simple UI doing folowing task: Have dropdown for user to select COM port. Have textbox for user to select Baurate. Have a button, when user click, it connect to com port as config above. Send command to read tempreture with protocol in page 77. then display result in the UI. the tool will send command each 1 sec. My bugget is 30$ only so don't not bit higher than. Input COMC at the beginning of your proposal to known you already read this introduction.
