API data from E-Mail Headers

Hi, basically I need a tool created that will download emails via POP3, and gather some information from the headers. Then api that data. The information that is needed from headers is senders home IP address (passed in hotmail, aol, yahoo mails... not gmail) and their email address. (They are in different spots within header depending on the mailserver it is from, we can discuss this) That IP must then be GEO'd, using maxmind database (free here: [login to view URL]) to obtain users Country, City, State, ZIP code All that data, plus a few prefilled stuff, then must be APId to a website. We must do some testing work, to make sure this is all functioning properly, and probably make a few changes such as adding filters depending on how well it is working. This must be a top notch application that can handle large volume of work without crashing. Also some sort of statistics information while the app is running like how many emails downloaded, how many bad ones filtered out, how many successful GEOs and how many successful APIs, and error logging to do debugging. I dont care what this is coded in, though i assume desktop app would be easiest for me to work with however a Centos, web app would be fine too, (must have basic GUI, does not need to be amazing but must be usable)
