Inject a feedback system into cafe billing We have an internet cafe and we'd like to get more user feedback by using a time based feedback popup message that appears before shutdown. We use ez billing [login to view URL] You can download the trial to learn about the program. The shutdown system event is triggered when the user stops the billing. We're still exploring the injection possibility, it must be executed in correct order, e.g : 1. user stops the billing. 2. feedback system appears. 3. Input Feedback 3a. Feedback > Submit > Computer Shuts down 3b. No Feedback (closed) > Computer Shuts down 3c. Feedback ignored, in 30s auto close > Computer Shuts down If the shutdown event is enough to trigger the feedback then it will be used. otherwise another method must be used. Attached is the mockup for the feedback popup The feedback must be closed within 30 seconds to ensure the computer always shuts down. The database for the result must then be stored either in local web-server. The result must contain : - Box number (identified by IP) - Emoji chosen (Satisfied / Normal / Not Satisfied) - Feedback comments The second requirement is to auto-post the Not satisfied results to our facebook group immediately. This is to ensure unsatisfied customers are given apology and the complaints are being responded immediately.
