Hello I have understood your requirements almost completely to be frank. As far as making a SIP client in C++ is concerned, there are a few libraries like PJSIP can help. I think it also manages echo cancellation and call reconnect etc. For other details I would need to understand how your server works, the UID's etc. Please ping me when you are free so we can discuss the details.
