Atmel AVR MCU project: Motor, lamp, speaker and RGB LED

I would like to get an cost and time estimate for AT90USB1287 MCU project that is "menu-based" to interact with motor, lamp, speaker and RGB LED as follows: The purpose of the menu is to allow a user to interact with the various peripherals using only the 4-way rotary button pad (up, down, left and right) and the LCD. Peripherals : - The motor [0-100% speed control] - The lamp [0-100% brightness control] - The speaker [0-25kHz tone frequency control] - The RGB LED [0-32 mA control of each LED] Note: - Custom library for LCD and RGB LED is provided. - Motor, Lamp and speaker should use built in hardware timers. - Comment Code - State machine for the menu Concerns: Since you dont have access to hardware board, the LCD and RGB library might not work, so please check if you are able to use them and if not then just use your own library if possible and I will try to replace it after the project is finish.
